Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Verse 2, by InkMan, 2009

We all know the famous song:

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer, had a very shiny nose;
And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows.
All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names;
They never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games.

Then, one foggy Christmas eve, Santa came to say,
"Rudolph, with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"

Then how the reindeer loved him, and they shouted out with glee,
"Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer, you'll go down in history!"

Now here's the SECOND verse! (You didn't know it existed because I made it up!)

Rudolph was not so foolish for flattery to cloud his mind:
"Love comes with no conditions - always sweet, polite, and kind.
Love surely does not envy, suffers long and never fails.
You guys just say you love me 'cause I saved your reindeer tails!"

"Differences in how we look - color, shape and size -
Give no right to criticize. Won't you all apologize?"

Then how their friendship blossomed, and they shouted out with glee!
Rudolph and all his buddies lived together happily.
