They let preachers and priests and family and lovers and even TV shows
"measure" morality and critical decisions in life.
But you've shown that
you have what it takes to find the truth!
You
know the importance of having a standard for truth,
and you want to read it for yourself!

Things that don't change the length of the pen:
Majority, Celebrity, Family Tradition, Length of Time, Emotional Appeal, Wishful Thinking -
You would NOT bet your life on a guess.
That's why there are so many churches! -
You'd use a ruler or tape measure to measure it.
We must have a standard that we can all agree on. -
You'd make sure to read the ruler for yourself.
When your life is on the line, don't trust anyone to read the ruler for you!
